The brackets are not the right size had to cut them to make the bars even

Ordered the replacement hardware kit for the signature series 3” nerfbars for my 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. The kit was delivered early and was complete with all I needed for a trouble free installation. Sara the associate I placed the order with was incredibley helpful. Thanks for all !

Installation kit worked great ! Unfortunately the 3” chrome tubes are starting to show small specks of rust. I live in the Northeast where a lot of road salt is used in the winter but the tubes are only a couple of years old.

These are a replacement set and a slight revision from the 10yr old originals who had given their all in the northeast winters. Fit just fine. After cleaning up the platinum series step bars and hanging them with the new brackets I only have one problem - I have to wash the rest of the truck now.

Steve Z was very helpful to help us in macking a return of brackets that were incorrect. (Nobodys fault at etrailer just a lack of truck info.) We recieved the correct brackets and will soon install them as soon as warmer weather permits. Many Thanks!!
