Can 2-1/2 inch Weight Distribution Shank RP54977 be Used with Reese WD System RP66022

Hi Im looking at your RP66022 hitch what I would like to know if RP54977 trunion will fit as my truck has a 2 1/2 hitch and I would rather use this instead of using a adaptor Thanks

Yes the Reese Weight Distribution w/out Shank # RP66022 that you referenced is perfectly compatible with the 2-1/2 inch shank part # RP54977 that you also referenced.
