When determining if certain accessories can be mounted to a roof rack system you want to look at a few things. First, if it is a clamp-on accessory then you to make sure it can fit the style of roof rack that you have (square, round, aero etc.). You then want to check the max crossbar dimensions that the accessory can fit and make sure the roof rack is not bigger than that max dimension; these dimensions are typically listed on the product page of roof racks and any roof rack-mounted accessories. If it is an accessory that is mounted onto the top channel track that some roof racks have then you shouldn't have to worry about fitment issues as most roof racks and accessories use the same standard top track system. Lastly, you want to make sure your roof rack has enough space for the accessory you are wanting to mount onto it and that it has the crossbar spread that the accessory requires. This is also typically found on the product listing, but I have attached a photo to show you how to measure crossbar spread.
In regard to the products that you are considering, the Rhino Rack XTray Pro Roof Mounted Cargo Carrier # RRRMCB03 will fit roof racks up to 3-1/2" wide and up to 1-1/4" tall. The Inno Square Bars # INB147 are only 1-1/4" wide and 7/8" tall so you will have no issues using these together. You will also need Feet Kit # INSUT and Fit Kit # INK300. The weight capacity of this Inno system is 120lbs but you should check your vehicle's manual to verify the roof capacity. I have attached demonstration videos for these products.
