To install your existing Yakima JetStream Crossbars like the 60" # Y00426 (which is the length recommended for your truck) on your 2012 Ford F-150 SuperCrew you will need the BaseLine Towers # Y28TR and the BaseClip Fit Kit # Y06168. It looks like the Towers and Fit Kit that you mentioned are for later model year Ford trucks.
