Can Factory Hitch of 2017 Ram 1500 Express be Replaced with Aftermarket Hitch

Question:
I have a 2017 ram 1500 express with all the electric and a full bumper from factory. I want to take off the whole assembly and replace with class 3 or 4 can you give me some options please. I wont need any wiring as it has it

If you sourced a new bumper beam for your 2017 Ram 1500 that didn't have a factory hitch built into it you could then install an aftermarket Class IV hitch like the Draw Tite part # 41948. If that was what you were planning on doing you'd be set.
