If you are wanting to use vertical bunk brackets like the CE Smith Heavy Duty, Vertical Bunk Brackets - 90 Degree - Galvanized Steel - 6" Tall - Qty 2 # CE10160GA-2, I recommend using them on the front and rear of the trailer. You will also need CE Smith U-Bolts - Galvanized - 3-13/16" Long x 3-1/16" Wide x 1/2" Diameter - Qty 2 # CE15283GA-2 to secure the brackets to your trailer frame.
If you have a lighter boat and would rather have the bunk brackets that allow you to angle the bunk boards to match the hull of your boat I recommend going with the CE Smith Bolster and Swivel Bracket Assemblies - Galvanized Steel - 9" - Qty 4 # CE10000G-4 and CE Smith U-Bolts - Galvanized - 3-13/16" Long x 3-1/16" Wide x 1/2" Diameter - Qty 4 # CE15283GA-4 instead.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
