Ive got a 16 ft boat how long should the bunk be

Expert Reply:

Ideally you want bunk boards that are at least 50% of the length of your boat, and want the to run from the stern and as far forward as you like.

Since your boat is 16' Long you will want at least 8' of bunk boards, but I recommend going with two of the 5' Bunk Boards # CE27820 on each side of the trailer.

You will need two sets of the mounting brackets # CE10000G-4, and will also need U-bolts to attach the brackets to your trailer. If you can tell me the size of your frame I would be happy to recommend the correct U-bolts for you.
