Looking for air lift for my 2019 F150 2.7 twin turbo 3.55 rear end 5.5 box super crew.

I feel LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate system, part # AL88385 would be a fine choice. This system is compatible with in-bed gooseneck or 5th wheel hitches and provide up to 5000 lbs of support.
If you were interested in the lower capacity Ride Control system, the # AL59516 you'd looked at isn't compatible with your truck, you'd need to use # AL59570 which is NOT compatible with in-bed hitches.
You might also be interested in an on-board compressor system like # AL25856 which would allow you to add or remove air pressure from the system with the push of a button from the comfort of the cab as you're rolling down the road.
