Both the # TLF3007 and the # TLF2020 include the tie-down inserts, the frame brackets and all necessary installation hardware, both are complete kits that include everything needed to install the tie-downs.
Turnbuckles like the # TLS9522-2-LK locking TorkLift FastGun are sold separately.
I've linked to some product demonstration videos for both kits and the turnbuckles.
