Question:
Is there a kit that allows me to add a parking break to the AKEBRK-7-SA brakes?

I have another option for you, but unfortunately there is not a kit to add parking brakes to the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-7-SA you were looking at.
Instead I recommend the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly with Parking Brake - 12" - Left Hand # 23-112 and Right Hand # 23-113 are still 12"x2" brakes with the same 5 bolt mounting flange bolt pattern, but are designed with parking brakes.
You will also need Mounting Hardware # BRKH12 as it is not included with the brakes.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
