Hi There I bought the Roller Bunk 5 a while ago and never was able to install it the problem was that the roller length is 5 and my space between the two trailer support are 9 ft , and i have no inner support to be able to add one in the middle , i have seen your video and work perefct if i have in the middlke place to add two bracket together but in my case i do not have , what can i do ?? Thank You

To be able to install the 5' Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Deluxe Roller Bunk # DL21741 on your trailer you can simply bolt them to your existing carpeted bunks due to you not having any center supports on your trailer. Keep in mind you may need to lower your existing bunk brackets to keep your boat at the same height on the trailer.

You will need to purchase 3/8" lag screws from your local hardware store to secure the Roller Bunks to your wooden bunk boards.

We have the CE Smith Roller Bunks for Boat Trailers #DL21740 which is a set of galvanized roller bunks that are 4 feet in length. These will work great in a saltwater application since galvanized steel holds up well.
