The Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM24VR for your 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a factory steel bumper is confirmed to work with the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar w/ LED Lights - RV Mount - 8K # RM-676 you were looking at as it is designed to work with all Roadmaster EZ-5 base plate kits.

The Roadmaster # RM24VR is a great choice that will blend in very well to the front of your jeep with the arms removed as you can see in the included picture.

Since the Roadmaster Nighthawk # RM-676 includes safety cables, to complete you flat-tow setup you will only need a wiring harness, and supplemental braking system.

For wiring I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which adds a 6-way connector to the front of your Jeep, and the included 7-way to 6-way cord plugs into the 7-way connector on your tow vehicle to power your vehicles lights while being flat towed.

Moving on to a supplemental braking system I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR due to the install being quite a bit easier than a permanent mount system, and since it can be used on a different towed vehicle in the future if needed. You will also need the 12v Outlet Kit # RM-9332 to power the Patriot.

You will more than likely need a high-low adapter to level your tow bar to your tow vehicle, so I have included a helpful article that shows you how to measure for the correct adapter, and a link to all of our high-low adapters for you to take a look at.

It is always a good idea to check the recreational towing section of your vehicles owner's manual for any flat tow special steps to make your vehicle ready to be flat towed, and for any flat towing restrictions.
