I am checking to see if the airlift bag kit for the 2020 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 is for a coil spring and not leaf spring thanks

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 part # AL88289 that you referenced that fits your 2020 Ram 2500 is for versions of the truck that have coil spring rear suspension like what you see in the attached picture that shows it installed.
