Question:
I have a 2020 Cougar 353SRX with the Road Armor Equalizers. Would installing shocks help the ride and if so what shocks do you recommend. Shocks made a huge difference on my last toyhauler going over bridge abutments but that just had standard tandem equalizers.

Stock components on any toy hauler are not going to be the best ride quality. You would think a brand new toy hauler like your 2020 Keystone Cougar 353SRX Toy Hauler would ride like butter off the lot, but swapping out the stock components are essential for optimal ride quality. Luckily we can provide what the dealership can't.
The Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer kit # LC696740 would be an easy way to Double the comfort on the road. Replacing your shocks will do a lot for your ride quality as well. I recommend getting the Roadmaster Comfort Ride Shock Absorbers # RM-2470 for your tandem axle. I've included some videos for you to check out to see them in action and help you with the install!
