I have a 30 in furrion fireplace and the GFCI plug went bad in the bathroom and got that fixed and my fireplace has no power but there’s power to the plug how do I get this glass off the front to see if it has a reset button that it’s plugged into

I would be happy to help you get to the bottom of the issue you are having with your fireplace.

Starting with removing the glass on the Furrion RV Electric Fireplace # FF30SC15ABL you mentioned, you will need to push in and lift up on the glass at the same time to disengage the hooks, but when I reached out to Furrion my contact mentioned that there is not a reset button on the fireplace.

My contact recommended trying to plug the fire place into another outlet to verify if the issue is within the fireplace or the outlet.

If the fireplace still does not work when plugged in to a different outlet, you will need to replace the fireplace, or since Furrion offers a 1-Year warranty you may be able to have it replaced under warranty if it was purchased within 1-year.

Our Furrion fireplace works on 65 degrees but when we push it up to 75 or above it shuts down with 88 code.?

@TrishaS The 88 error code on Furrion fireplaces means it isn't getting enough air flow and it's overheating. You need to check the vents on your fireplace and ensure they are clean. Inadequate airflow will cause the fireplace to throw an 88 code. You may have to slide the unit out of the wall and make sure the vent located on the top of the containment box is not too close to anything that would limit airflow. Additionally, if you use this fireplace solely to heat up your trailer, it may also be causing the 88 code to trigger due to overheating from the fireplace working overtime.
