Troubleshooting Furrion 30" RV Electric Fireplace That Will Not Turn On

Question:

I have a 30 in furrion fireplace and the GFCI plug went bad in the bathroom and got that fixed and my fireplace has no power but there’s power to the plug how do I get this glass off the front to see if it has a reset button that it’s plugged into

I would be happy to help you get to the bottom of the issue you are having with your fireplace.

Starting with removing the glass on the Furrion RV Electric Fireplace # FF30SC15ABL you mentioned, you will need to push in and lift up on the glass at the same time to disengage the hooks, but when I reached out to Furrion my contact mentioned that there is not a reset button on the fireplace.

My contact recommended trying to plug the fire place into another outlet to verify if the issue is within the fireplace or the outlet.

If the fireplace still does not work when plugged in to a different outlet, you will need to replace the fireplace, or since Furrion offers a 1-Year warranty you may be able to have it replaced under warranty if it was purchased within 1-year.
