I spoke to a contact at Furrion and he said it could be a couple of different issues. He gave me a couple of steps to troubleshoot your Furrion RV Electric Fireplace # FF40SW15ABL.

The first step to check to see why your fireplace will not turn on is to check the outlet the fireplace is plugged into. You can simply plug another electrical item that you know is working. If that item works then you know the plug itself is good. If the second item does not come on, you have an issue with the wiring at that outlet.

The next step is to plug the fireplace itself into another outlet. If the fireplace comes on there, you can go back to the original plug and see if it will work there. If the fireplace does not come on at the second outlet, then there is an issue with the fireplace and it will need to be replaced. There are no internal parts of the fireplace, so there is nothing to be replaced but the fireplace itself.
