The ToolCat has a very aggresive tread pattern, so for a flat drive I would recommend working it without chains.
For the best performance, I would recommend going with the Pewag All Square Tire Chains, # PWE3210SC, that you referenced. The square link chains have an edge that will help grip on ice and in heavy snow conditions. These will be likely to mark your drive some.
The in between option is snow cables like Glacier # PW3010C. I suspect these will only give you a bit more traction compared to your tires alone.
