Hi - Can you recommend the hardware needed to attach a Thule ski rack to a set of BMW bars? The bars have a slot in the middle with a rubber insert. I would like to cut/remove the and use a T-bolt to connect the rack to the bars. Id like the ski rack to sit flush on the bars. Thanks!

You never mentioned the Thule ski rack you have, though I am going to assume it is the older Thule Flat Top, and we do have the needed parts so you can mount it in the T-slot of the crossbars on your 2014 BMW X3. What you need is the following:
- Replacement Square Head Bolt for Thule Flat Top Ski and Snowboard Carrier # 853208904
- Replacement Round Nut for Thule Carriers # 853-5439
