Will VueSMART RV and Trailer Backup Camera Work With Android Auto Paired To Android Device

Question:
Can this camera connect with Android Auto? My truck has an 8inch screen, and that ability would make its purchase a no-brainier for me.

I reached out to Hopkins directly about using the VueSMART RV and Trailer Backup Camera # HM34FR on your truck with Android Auto. They mentioned that while they have not had a chance to test it yet with Android Auto, since the Android Auto mirrors the apps on your android device they believe it will work as you are anticipating.
