Recommended Adapter to Convert my Thule Flat Top for use on My Factory Subaru Forester Roof Rack

Question:
Hi there! I have a set of Thule 725 Flat Top ski carriers that I am trying to attach to my Subaru Forester XT that has Subaru OEM Aero Bars. What kit should I get to attach them to these bars so that I dont have to replace the bars with Thule square bars.
