Question:

I need a 4 bolt hub for a 1inch spindle that is only 3 3/8th inches long. shorty. Please help

Based on the measurements of your spindle you provided the most likely replacement hub is the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,000-lb Axles # AKIHUB-440-2-G-1K which uses Inner and Outer Bearing # L44643 which is 1" I.D and uses the 4 on 4 bolt pattern.

The reason I say most likely is that the most common 4 lug bolt pattern is 4 on 4, but there is a 4 on 5 option.

To confirm your bolt pattern you will need to measure the distance between the holes in your wheels according to the article I included.
