Is There a Red and Amber 2-Wire LED Trailer Light With Mounting Bracket

Product: PE89BR or similar LED I am looking for a compatible base for this lamp, I would also like for it to have 2 wires so that I dont need to rely on a chassis ground. Thank you.

We do have exactly what you are looking for, which is a red and amber LED 2-wire trailer light that has a bracket.

What you need is the LED Trailer Fender Light with Mounting Bracket # OPT49FR.

This is a surface-mounted light that comes with its own bracket and has two wires, one for power and one for ground so you don't need to rely on the chassis ground.
