I have a 2002 f150 extended cab truck, v-8. I need a bolt-on receiver hitch with spare tire clearance.

We have the Curt hitch part # C14355 which is a fit for your 2002 Ford F-150 extended cab and fits with factory spares as long as the spare is on a wheel that has a smaller diameter than 20 inches.
