Do you have a Rear Sway bar kit Equal to the Hellwig 7182 for the E-350 Cutaway Chassis?

The best Rear Sway Bar Kit we offer is the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-117 which is made to fit E350 Class C with either the V8 or V10 engine and will doing an awesome job of preventing sway in your vehicle while driving.

The Roadmaster # RM-1139-117 is comparable to the Hellwig 7182 you mentioned, but can be added to vehicles that do not have a rear sway bar currently, or will replace the factory sway where the Hellwig will only work with vehicles that have a factory sway bar.
