Is a brake light relay part# 88400 used on a 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited when flat towing can’t find any references to it cannot get to vehicle stop switch can’t find any wiring diagrams for vehicle

No, the brake light relay Item # RM-88400 is not used for the 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited because the brake wire cannot be spliced into. Instead you would want to use the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit Item # RM-751490. Now you would only need this if you are using a permanently installed braking system. If you are using a portable system then you would not need it.
