Replacing the GS961LP with the Atwood LP Gas Detector RV 12V White 36719

Question:

I have the GS961 LP, and it looks like the Atwood LP Gas Detector RV 12V White 36719 will fit in its space even though it is claimed to Replace the 36720. Will this work?

I spoke with a contact at Atwood. The main concern for the GS961LP is ensuring that it receives 12V power. Because the Atwood LP Gas Detector RV 12V White 36719 has this, it's highly possible that it can work for you.

However, we do not sell this part, so I cannot 100% confirm this. We can confirm the # AT36681 that you referenced, so I recommend going with that.
