Will the Kurt gooseneck rail system work with the bandw slider 5th wheel hitch

I have a solution for you, but the Curt X5 5th Wheel Rail system # 16310 is not compatible with a B&W Patriot Sliding hitch. Since you already have a B&W Turnoverball system in your bed, the only way to use a sliding hitch would be to use a B&W Companion hitch # BWRVK3400-5W, which are only designed for use with B&W Turnoverball systems. Because the Curt X5 uses the Turnoverball system to secure to the truck, adding another moving part like a sliding hitch really limits what it can be used with, so it's going to be mostly only suitable for non-sliding hitches.
