Yes the cable lock of the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack # Y02634 is long enough to lock a single bike to it. If you check out the attached review video at the 6:35 mark you can see how easily the locking cable reaches through and around the bikes. A single bike on the rack would not require any additional length as well.
