The AirScreen XT for Thule Crossbars - 52" Long # TH22WV will be a good fit for your roof rack setup and will help reduce wind noise on your roof rack setup. You'll need at least 24" between the front and rear crossbar to safely use the Thule Stacker # TH830, but you can likely go back to around the 27"-29" range on a Jeep JL hardtop, which should be more than enough depending on the length of the boats.
