The basic dimensions of the Replacement Locking Quick-Release Skewer for RockyMounts Rooftop Bike Racks part # RKY0190 are 8" long x 1" wide by 1" tall. It is a standard 9mm quick release skewer and use the black handle to tension it onto the bike rack. It works with many different fork thicknesses and allows you to customize the pressure on your forks to your liking. Tighten it to add a little tension and loosen it to release a little.
