Installation of Furrion AC Unit Where Furnace Has 2 Wires and AC Unit Only Has 1 Wire

Question:

I purchased a FR86SR A/C, FAACC12SA-BL Control Box, FACT12LA-PS Distribution box, and a FACW12SABL T-Stat. The air works fine for blowing cold air but when the temp gets to the right degree the compressor shuts off but the fan just keeps running. Any thoughts? Also the control box has two brown wires for furnace hook up. My furnace only has one wire, ive hooked it to both and cant get the furnace to come on. Can you help?

This is actually the correct installation of a Furrion # FR86SR when you've got a furnace with two wires, so you've installed this correctly and will be ready to go when the cold weather strikes. Additionally, what you're experiencing with the compressor shutting down but the fan still running is completely normal and is how the unit will operate; this helps reduce the start up power that is required each time the unit turns on and off.
