How to Reset Thermostat of Furrion Chill RV AC Unit

Question:

Is there a way to reset this thermostat from the control face? The fan speeds in fan mode or cool mode never change even when I switch from A, H, and L. Imagine 2023 2500RL 4 mode single zone Furion thermostat and Furion A/C

To reset the Furrion thermostat you basically need to cut power to it for several minutes. Here's what Furrion recommends for the reset process:

Step 1: Turn The Thermostat to “Off”
Step 2: Reset The Breaker. ...
Step 3: Wait 30 Minutes. ...
Step 4: Turn The Thermostat to “Cool”

My furrion thermostat was working than began to blink and it is stuck on LOstill blinks and unable to turn it off and on. I hit the breaker was on my control panel says the battery is full. So I am lost what to do

@UnableO With the unit being stuck at LO, that indicates that it is not getting the power that it needs. Did this happen when you were using a different device that uses a lot of power? Are you able to test the power going into the thermastat to make sure it is getting the 12V it needs. If you do not have a circuit tester already you could use something like Hook Probe Circuit Tester # PTW2993. If you test it and are getting the 12V needed to the unit please let me know.

@KateF I am having this same issue. I checked the voltage at the thermostat and it reads 14.4v.

@DougA So your Furrion RV thermostat is blinking, and you’ve already checked that it’s getting 14.4 volts, great job starting with that! Even though the power looks good, blinking usually means your system is trying to tell you something's not quite right. The first thing to check is how it's blinking, is it blinking once, then pausing? Or blinking a couple of times in a row? That pattern usually means something specific, like a communication problem, a sensor issue in the AC unit, or even a warning about the power being too high or too low. If you can count the blinks, we might be able to figure out what it’s saying. Even though you’ve got 14.4 volts, it’s possible the thermostat is blinking because of a small issue with how the power is coming in, like a weak ground wire, or a quick voltage dip when the AC or fan tries to kick on. If the voltage gets too high (like above 14.6), that could also cause blinking as a warning. Now, since the temperature sensor is inside the AC unit and not in the thermostat, it’s also worth thinking about whether the AC unit itself might be having trouble. Sometimes if the sensor in the AC can’t get a proper reading, or if the unit has a loose wire or internal fault, it can cause the thermostat to blink, even if the wall part looks fine. You might want to double-check all the wiring going up to the AC unit on the roof if you're comfortable doing that. If everything looks okay, try a simple reset. You can turn off power to the thermostat by pulling the 12V fuse or disconnecting your RV battery, then wait about 5–10 minutes and turn it back on. That reset can clear up any weird software hiccups. Some models even let you reset by holding both arrow buttons on the thermostat for 10–15 seconds. Lastly, make sure the AC or furnace itself is working like it should, things like dirty filters, blocked vents, or a fan that won’t turn on could also trigger the blinking. @JuanA Sounds like your son found some settings and changed them. Is it possible he changed the temperature setting it should come on? I wish I could tell you what he changed but most likely it's something you'll have to go through and check all of the settings and fix as needed.
