Question:
Furrion FR58PR question, Air is working fine but propane furnace not coming on. I connected the brown furnace wire with my RV furnace wire and have my furnace ed on the 4 DIPs. off, on, off, off, 120v disconnected/connect to set DIPs. The control box is a single zone unit. The thermostat is a premium single zone wall thermostat. Heat is showing on the thermostat. If I give 12 V on the furnace wire the furnace comes on. If I switch to heat on the Furrion Therm. nothing happens. There is no voltage on any of the brown furnace wires when switched to heat. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Dip 4 will need to be placed in the "on" position in order for the signal to pass from the controller in your Furrion Chill HE Replacement RV Air Conditioner # FR58PR to the furnace. On the single zone controllers the first two dip switches are missing so dip switch two would technically be Dip 4 on the diagram and would control the furnace. You said that you have this on so the next thing to look at would be the wiring.
Is the connection point between the furnace wire and Furnace +/- wire secure? Does there appear to be any damage to the furnace wire on the zone controller? If it's secured tightly with a wing nut or butt connector then you can move on to temperature.
Do you have the mode set to heat and the temperature high enough for the furnace to kick on? Since the actual temperature probe for the Furrion system is up in with the zone controller you may also need to turn the fan on to get it to circulate the air over the probe and allow it to kick on. Heat rises so you could have warm enough air up towards the ceiling and that could cause it to think that the trailer is warm enough.
If all of this doesn't solve the issue then you could have a faulty zone controller # FACC12SA-BL or thermostat # FR33PR. I would reach out to Furrion if you still have a warranty and get start by replacing the thermostat first and then the zone controller if a new thermostat doesn't solve the issue.
Let me know what you find and we can keep troubleshooting.

Kevin, I just purchased this last week from etrailer and am having the same issue. I have 6 dip switches and 4 is set to on all of the others are off. I swapped a Dometic out with a Furrion complete kit with led airbox. When I turn the thermostat to heat I do. It get any voltage on the brown wires coming from the controller.
