Is the Rocky Mounts add on only usable if you have the Rocky Mounts Solo attached to a 2inch receiver or can you add it on to a Solo attached to a 1 1/4inch receiver?

The expansion part # RKY10005 can be added to the RockyMounts MonoRail for 1-1/4 inch hitches part # RKY10007 to convert it to a 2 bike rack.
