Temperature Adjustment on Greystone 32 Inch Fireplace

Question:
Have a working Greystone 32inch fireplace. Been running it on low/high only. I understand there may be a way to use a thermostat setting but am unsure how to program that. I see the Lo/F2/Hi ions. Can you please guide me through the temperature adjustment setting. I want to be able to supplement the propane heat but dont want the fireplace running 24/7.

The Greystone 32" Electric Fireplace with Crystals - Wall Mount - Black # 324-000076 has an auto function (by pressing the "Heater" button 3 times). So it will provide heat until the temperature is reached and will not provide heat again until the temperature drops below the setting. I've attached some of the owners manual photos for this model to assist.
