I was able to reach out to my contact at Lippert, who manufacture the Solera awnings and they mentioned a few things that you could try to try to tighten up the fabric on your awning if it has been stretched out over time, but there isn't a way to manually adjust the tension on an awning like the # LCV000163279 .
In warm weather, with the awning fully extended, you can dampen the awning fabric and let it dry out for about 15 minutes; this will cause the awning fabric to shrink back up a little bit and should return close to its' original form. This would be the only option if you have a manually operated awning.
If you have a powered awning, you can also check the screws on the rail that you would use to replace the fabric on the awning and make sure that none of them have become loose and let some of the fabric out. You would need to pull the fabric back through the rail and re-tighten the screws.
