I have a Model# WF2613R, Serial# WF2613R1502002849, Date code# 1502 w/curved face. Can I order an exact replacement?

Greystone has been slowly revamping their line of fireplaces, but they ended up getting bought out recently by Lippert so most of their items are in limbo right now with no word on what is going to happen. As it stands right now (DEC 2022) the only option we have to replace your 26" WF2613R would be the Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000068.

This fireplace requires a cutout hole 26-1/4" wide x 20-1/2" tall x 5-3/8" deep. It doesn't have a curved front like your current one but does have crystals instead of logs, which most people prefer.
