Question:
Purchased this a couple years ago. The cable has taken a bit of a beating on the road a few times and Id like to replace the cable portion of this kit. Unfortunately, the length has made it drag at times on the ground. Is it possible to just replace the cable and not have to make any solder connections, etc.?

It sounds like you just need the coiled 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil connector adapter from the # RM-15267, for which you can use the Hopkins Endurance Flex-Coil Trailer Connector Adapter w/ Nite-Glow - 7-Way to 6-Pole - 8' Long # HM47053. If you wanted an exact Roadmaster replacement you'll want to use the Roadmaster 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-146-7.
Either one of these would work for this application and would not require any soldering of connections.
