Whats the difference? I have a 2020 GMC 3500 long bed.

The difference between the Q20 # C16130 and the A20 # C16140 is the design of the head. The A20 is the newer design that has the more standard dual pivoting head allowing front to back and side to side movement. The Q20 has a spherical axial bearing that allows 360 degree movement for a quieter ride. Customers have also at times had issues with easily connecting to their trailer because the head can move in all directions.

My recommendation for you is the A20 and if you have the factory pucks in your 2020 GMC 3500 long bed using the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # C84FR.
