I need to know if this hitch will attach to my Pullrite rail that is set up for my 2017 Ram 3500?

As long as your Pullrite rail kit provides you with industry standard base rails to mount a 5th wheel hitch, the Curt A25 # C16180 will fit, since it's designed to fit in industry standard base rails. I've attached a photo of the dimensions for industry standard rails that you can compare yours to.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
