Comparing PullRite ISRX Super, PullRite ISRX SuperLite, and PullRite HD Super 5th Wheel Hitch

Question:

How does this new ISRX PUL22RR hitch compare to the new ISRX PUL82RR or the other ISR PUL78RR? All 3 seem to be same weight rating and for Industry Standard Rails.

Hey Joe! I would be happy to compare these for you. The PullRite HD Super 5th Wheel Hitch # PUL78RR is just the standard fixed 5th wheel hitch from the PullRite ISR series.

The PullRite ISRX SuperLite # PUL82RR doesn't use a standard 5th wheel hitch head making it the lightest of the options. You will bolt the hitch ball onto your king pin and then connect to the open funnel hitch head. It also has a 7-1/2" offset. With the different connection I expect the ride quality will suffer compared to the traditional 5th wheel hitch head.

The PullRite ISRX Super 5th-Wheel Hitch # PUL22RR is basically a hybrid version of the two. It uses the same SuperLite base to cut down on the weight but you keep the standard 5th wheel hitch head. It also gives you up to 4" of offset. This is probably the best option between the three since you keep the standard head but cut out extra weight with the base.
