Can I use the RockyMounts MonoRail 2 With My Bike That Has Fenders?

My E bike has fenders. Can I still use this rack. I saw online that it was not to be utilized for bikes With fenders. Please advise.

If you were to remove the front fender, you can use the RockyMounts MotoRail 2 # RKY10003. If not you will need to get a platform style rack with a frame hook like the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE # HLY74FR. If you have a step through bike you will need to get a frame adapter for it to work. Here is one # HRBA-PRO
