Question:
Would this tire/wheel combo be acceptable for a small camper trailer? The trailer weight is less than the tires rating, but Im wondering if they could handle sustained 60-65 mph speeds.

This golf cart tire and wheel combination would not be a good choice for a camper trailer. They were not designed for highway use, and it is hard to imagine not exceeding the load limits in typical use. Additionally, these are very short tires and will undoubtedly cause some clearance problems.
Since you are considering a 10” wheel with a 4” X 4” bolt pattern, I would recommend the Kenda # AM3H330 tire with wheel that is rated for 910 pounds of load per tire and is speed rated “M” for 81 mph. I have attached a video review.
Should you need a different bolt pattern or tire size just contact me again. I have attached an article that will help you measure your bolt pattern.
