I have a Roadmaster Sterling tow bar. I tow a Honda Fit, which is extremely low. Will this work for me?

To lower your hitch height when flat towing your Honda Fit , I recommend using the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter - 2" Hitches - 10-1/4" Rise/Drop - 10K GTW, 400 lbs TW # RM-048-10, which will give you the closest rise/drop to what you need.
The Patriot adjustable hitch opening part # PH54FR is not designed to be used for flat-towing.
