Highest Amount of Rise for a High/Low Hitch Adapter for Use with Tow Bar

Question:
I recently completed some extreme modifications to my Jeep wrangler. The D-Ring tabs on my front bumper, which i plan to use to connect the tow bar, are approximately 36inch above ground, while the hitch on my RV is at approximately 21...leaving me approx 15-16inch of rise I need to fill. Is this possible? The highest rise I see is around 11inch and I think that would leave my tow bar at too steep an angle. I would rather not modify/build lower mounting tabs on the front of the Jeep if I dont have to, as I dont want anything hanging down below the bumper to get hung up on rocks while off-roading. Any suggestions?

When using a tow bar to pull your modified 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited you will need a high/low adapter to reduce the height difference between it and the RV. The greatest amount of rise available comes from the two items shown on the linked page, Roadmaster # RM-048-10 and Blue Ox # BX88132. There is no adapter with 15-inches of rise.
Generally tow bar makers recommend no more than 3-inches above or below level for either end of the tow bar, so you may need to re-position your D-rings unless the tow bar makers gives you the okay.
