Question:

Live at 8000 feet in Evergreen, CO. My 1967 Toyota Landcruiser has bit the dust and I used to plow with it. Can I put a plow on my 2018 Expedition? Use just for driveway- has an 11 degree incline and is about 200 feet long.

Shame to hear about your Land Cruiser; those were awesome trucks! But nonetheless we've got a solution for you. You can put a snow plow on the front of your 2018 Ford Expedition and we've got some packages that will work perfectly for you.

You'll want to start with a front mounted hitch like the Curt # C31083, which will allow you to mount the plow on your vehicle. This hitch will allow you to use pretty much any plow that is mounted on a front hitch.

For the plow I recommend using the Detail K2 Snowplow # K2AVAL8422, which is adjustable to 3 different positions (front, left and right) and is 22" tall. This plow comes with an electric winch with a wireless remote that allows you to control the winch from the comfort of your vehicle. This setup will do a great job on your 200-foot, sloped driveway with the hardened steel blade that will also help break up any ice that's formed.
