Yes, the B&W Turnoverball gooseneck hitches that fit a 2012 Ram 3500 do fit both single rear wheel and dual rear wheel models of the truck. The correct hitch will just depend on if your '12 Ram 3500 has a gasoline engine or a diesel engine:

- Diesel Engine: B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1313
The only other thing you might need is a gooseneck wiring harness if you don't have one, the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Wiring Harness # PK11893-11932.
