There is no difference between the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1308 and part # BWGNRK1308-5W, they are the exact same parts and will work great on a 2007 Dodge Ram. The "5W" is simply for internal purposes.
