Fifth wheel rail kits like the part # C16430-204 that you referenced can't fit with the B and W Gooseneck Turnoverball setup you mentioned but the really great news is that since you have a Turnoverball hitch installed already there's a Companion hitch that fits it directly with the part # BWRVK3500. Many argue that this is the best fifth wheel hitch out there based on how easy it is to use, how quiet it is, and how reliable it is over time.
