Sorry to take so long to get back on this, but I am set to order it. I also bent the upright that the cable lock slides into, is that a replaceable item as well? The number on my key is A153. I am actually having to use two keys now because the lock that holds it onto the receiver hitch I had to replace because I lost it - yea, I'm a mess with this thing lately! So if I could get the cable lock, upright outer arm, hitch lock and key to match what I already have that would be great. I understand I need part # Y8890284, but don't know if you have the other parts I need to make this function properly again.

The replacement cable lock assembly you are looking for is the part # Y8890284 for your Yakima HoldUp. To get the correct matching lock core you'd just need to let me know what the key number you have now says.
